Eric Gedenk I was happy to rediscover this album for the first time in several years. Unbelievable talent, and both this album and the self-titled take "jazz fusion" to incredible new heights.
Jacampanman thumbnail
Jacampanman 9 instrumental slabs of jazz rock / fusion with some progressive rock flourishes. The saxophone is placed right up front and the whole album is energetic and enjoyable. (Their self-titled follow-up, released in 2016, is even better, by the way!) Favorite track: Taksówkarz.
Michael Mueller

Michael Mueller Frenetic, rock-influenced free-jazz with infused with tension, drama and no small measure of humour.
The playing is spirited and dynamic: languid and mellifluous one minute, cutting and angular the next. Inventive melodies, and the darning to eschew melody entirely for extended periods.

Looks and sounds terrific on vinyl. Love the artwork as much as the music. Recommended for adventurous souls.

Samuel Haefner This album is a perfect example of jazz leaving its roots to make something even greater. A phenomenal release that is a must for anyone who even remotely likes the genre. Favorite track: Prozak.
